1. Services

VP Mobile Detailing ltd. provides mobile vehicle detailing at customer-specified locations. Service availability may vary based on location and weather conditions.

2. Appointments & Payments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online booking.

• Payments must be made at the time of service via cash, card, or other accepted methods.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments due to safety concerns or vehicle conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Refunds are only issued for services not performed due to company cancellations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure access to their vehicle at the scheduled time.

• Vehicles should be free of personal items before detailing.

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

5. Liability Disclaimer

VP Mobile Detailing ltd is not liable for:

• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear eg clear coat failure, previous mechanical issues, or manufacturer defects etc.

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
