Congratulations on protecting your vehicle with IGL Kenzo – 5 Year Ceramic Coating. To maximize its performance, gloss, and durability — and to ensure your warranty remains valid — follow this maintenance guide.

• Do not wash your vehicle for the first 7 days after application.
• Avoid parking under trees or in dusty areas during this period.
• If the surface gets dirty, gently rinse with water and dry using a clean microfiber towel.
   

• Wash your vehicle every 2–3 weeks (or as needed) using the two-bucket method.
• Use a pH-neutral car shampoo specifically safe for ceramic coatings. Avoid harsh soaps or household detergents.
• Always use clean, high-quality microfiber wash mitts and drying towels.
• Dry the vehicle using a soft microfiber towel or air blower – never let it air dry to avoid water spotting.
   

• Do not use automatic car washes, especially ones with brushes – they will scratch and degrade the coating.
• Do not clay bar or polish the coated surface unless instructed by a certified professional.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, waxes, or sealants on top of the coating unless specifically ceramic-compatible.
   

• Over time, light contaminants like brake dust or water spots may bond to the surface. A ceramic-safe decontamination wash or inspection from a certified detailer is recommended every few months.
• You can book a professional maintenance service with us to deep clean and rejuvenate the coating safely.
   

• While Kenzo is durable on its own, applying a ceramic-safe topper or booster (like IGL Premier or similar) every few months can enhance hydrophobic properties and slickness.
• Do not apply waxes or silicone-based products that may interfere with the coating’s performance.
   

            To keep your Kenzo 5-Year Warranty valid, you must complete

• An annual inspection by an authorized IGL detailer (like us). 
• This includes a professional wash, coating checkup, and reapplication of a topper if needed.
   

• First wash: After 7 days Hand wash (pH-neutral)Every 2–3 weeks
• Decontamination wash Every 4–6 months 
• Ceramic topper (optional)Every 3–4 months
